Do you have old garden tools lying around that need a new life? In this special workshop, you will learn how to recycle old tools in the spirit of reduce, reuse, recycle by replacing broken or worn out wooden handles with sturdier metal handles, enabling you to dig in even the hardest clay soil in Davis. This workshop emphasizes the concept of TOREMA (TOtally REcycled MAterials torema.org). Bring your old/broken garden tools (only the tool heads) to class and give your tools new life. Tool heads will be provided if you don't have any. This Nov. 4th workshop is free and you can sign up at the Davis Adult School website (dace.djusd.net).
